I would like to be able to swap between English and Chinese as sometimes my Chinese friends send their emails in Englsih and Chinese on the one page but I need to decode the code the Chinese parts are in!

regional and language options on the advanced tab 3rd down
also have a look at the language tab

babelfish is an online translator but not very good at it
to display it you need the character set Big 5 loaded
