I'm guessing you don't want recent documents listed, correct?
Click Start, then right click on the top of the start menu, click properties--> customize--> advanced, and uncheck "List my most recently opened documents".

you want to delete your recent documents? I didn't quite get the Q.
If you do want that, go to Documents and settings/ default user/ recent (it s a folder on the same hdd partition that you have the OS installed on).
And simply delete everything that;s in it (links, shortcuts, etc).
Everything will then dissappear from your recent folder :)
