Don't listen to those two. The header is important for them to trace the offender.

You don't say what Email program you are using so I will tell you how to do Yahoo.

If you are using the Old Email program:

The bar that goes across the top of the open email (reply, forward, delete, Spam, move) is where the full header link is located. Look to the far right side and just below the bar. If not at the top bar then look at the same bar at the bottom of the mail. Click on Full Header and it will open. Now copy the complete email and paste it in a new one you compose. To copy: Put the cursor a the beginning of the header and then left click and hold down the button and drag across and down the mail until it is completely highlighted. Then right click and and select Copy. Go to the email you are composing and left click to get the cursor, then right click and select Paste.

In the Beta Email:

On the bar at the top of the reading pane:

Click on the Compact Header link to the right. Then select Full Header. A seperate window will open with the header. Copy and paste it in a new email, then copy the entire email and paste it in the new email.

Send to the address supplied by eBay.

The header is all that gibberish crazy letters and numbers that doesn't make sense on the bottom of the email. If you get your eBay email send to a Yahoo! account the headers are on the top.

The answer to displaying headers depend on the email client you are using. In outlook express right click on the message and choose properties, then the details tab, then the view message source button. This will bring up the entire source code which you can copy and paste into your abuse report.

it will look something like this:

Don't worry about the header; just forward the entire thing to the ebay email address ( I assume it is spoof@ebay.com)

It depends on which email program you use. Go to this site http://spamcop.com/help_with_headers/ and click teh email program you use and it will tell you step by step how to include the header.
Good luck
