Many years ago when I`d drive my Family all the way from California to different parts of west, and east Texas, and back to Cali. Then long haul truck drivers had great expertise and were the safest, and most helpful motorist on the Hwy. But it seems now, some of them are the most unsafe, and dis-courteous, some give a swelling attitude of, "Get outta ma way", before I mow you down! Whats up with that? Breaker, Breaker, Don`t some of them have family and friends driving out there somewhere? Maann,and with all the Holidays comming in, I almost dread driving, because of some people who will be drinking and driving, And Now, some "Big Rig" drivers frighten me too because many are driving at an unsafe speed,are discourteous, and unfriendly on the hwy. Are you, or someone you know, a Safe and Courteous Big Rig long haul Driver? Please Come back, and I wish you all Safe driving regardless to what you drive, Not just during the holidays but "always." They put the sticker of the Dealership directly onto the body of my car (the paint). How do I get that off? I should add it's not one sticker but each letter is a seperate sticker to make it even harder!
Any ideas??

What a crock this judge is.

He runs over 50+ people and kills 10 of them and gets PROBATION???????????

He swerved to avoid parked cars because he feared he'd get hurt so he ran over the softer people, killing and maming people. And the old fart only gets probation.

And he has never apologized once for what he did. All he would ever say was "If you saw me coming, why didn't you get out of the way!" Yeah, tell that to the pregnant mother you ran over. Or the homeless that was impaled in your windshield.

What a crock!!!!!!!!

if I don't squeal my tires, say if I have a super fast car, and accelerated to 40 mph in like 2 seconds, can I get a ticket, even if I remained under the speed limit? (hypothetically, this hasn't happened)

My boyfriend made me drive his truck on night and I got confused at the Orange line bus stop signals and got a ticket in the mail in his truck..... I am paying for it, but who's record does it go on? If it's his, can he contest it and have it put on mine? Thanks for all your help!

Basically i popped into the shop today. Parked on a single yellow. Was in there for no more than 45 seconds? Came out and theres a Parking Attendant there, standing in front of the car. Looks at me and then says, 'You shoud have been quicker'? I Got in the car, turned ignition on and hes still standing in front, for abot 15 seconds, turn teh steering wheel, and he literally slaps ticket on car and walks off? The ticket says I was parked there from 1452 to 1453. Is the ticket valid? Am i not supposed to have a 5-minute grace, so he can observe whether there was loading taking place? Also, isnt the machine they use supposed to restrict how fast they can enter information, someone at the council once told me that.Because i've observed PA's standing from a distance (out of sight) to record your information, ie licence plate, street your on etc., then in the last minute, getting up close, so they can enter the tax disc number. sneaky, i know. Anyway, does the 5-minute grace exist?

I have to take my permit test, but I was wondering if you can download the DMV book online or get it from any local store other than the DMV? Its just that the DMV is so damn impossible with its hours by closing early and not being open on weekends so I was wondering if thats possible.

But most likely with my luck, the book is probably only available at my local DMV huh....
