Not at all....
Some are very nice people. I got a note the other day saying PARKING FINE.....which I thought was rather sweet considering I was blocking an ambulance on an emergency call!

park legally and not outside a shop cuz it is convenient to walk in and walk out and you will never be visited by a traffic warden. Oh and hazard lights are not an excuse for bad parking.
