He runs over 50+ people and kills 10 of them and gets PROBATION???????????

He swerved to avoid parked cars because he feared he'd get hurt so he ran over the softer people, killing and maming people. And the old fart only gets probation.

And he has never apologized once for what he did. All he would ever say was "If you saw me coming, why didn't you get out of the way!" Yeah, tell that to the pregnant mother you ran over. Or the homeless that was impaled in your windshield.

What a crock!!!!!!!!

So what if he'll die soon???? Let him die in prison alone.... just like those 10 people he killed. They weren't allowed to die with loved ones around them, they died on a cold hard concrete because this asshole intentionally swerved to hit them.

And who's to say these doctors are right? They are paid for to write their reports. I guarantee if this guy were black, he would've got the maximum.

I agree. The jerk should've got life in prison for what he did. So what if he drops dead on the first day, at least he'll died on the cold concrete floor just like all his victims.

He never apologized or expressed remorse whatsoever. He intentionally aimed for people, killing among others, a 7 month old and a 3 year old. He really did state "If they saw me coming, should've got out of my way!!!!!"

I'd love to get this judge removed from his post. This is a travesty to the justice system. It's telling everyone that running over people is OK and you don't have to serve any time if you could find doctors that will write excuses for you.

It would be justice if he got run over himself..... that would be karma.
