Okay my tires says that the maxium capacity is 40 psi, should I put in exactly 40? or shoudl I put in less air?

I am 18 and really need my licence but cannot get a car until i have one, or even drive it to the DMV anyway until i did, and none of my friends will lend me their car for the purpose.
I am on my permit and I have enough experience to get it for sure, ive been at it since i was seventeen, but my friend who i could drive with moved out of country so I need to get my own car and everything now.
Any help would be appreciated

Can I look under the car and tell? Also, if I want to add headers, does this require dual exhaust with two mufflers? Or, can it be done with one muffler and something called a Y pipe?

The roundabout has 4 exits, like the 4 compass points. You approach from the north and want to turn right. Another car is approaching from the south wanting to go straight on. You both reach the roundabout at the same time.

Instead of making a smaller Hummer, GM actually took their large Chevy pickup platform and engine and designed a hummer-looking shell - wahla, the H3! So is it actually a Hummer or just a chevy pickup in disguise?
