Instead of making a smaller Hummer, GM actually took their large Chevy pickup platform and engine and designed a hummer-looking shell - wahla, the H3! So is it actually a Hummer or just a chevy pickup in disguise?

both the H2 and H3 are built on a Chevy truck frame that's why they cost less to buy because it cost less to build.

The man's an idiot. If he's a Congresman, he should know that Obama has no control over gas prices. If he were a Marxist like so many Repubs say he is, he'd just try to order the oil companies to lower prices. If his Hummer is so expensive to keep on the road, why doesn't Mr. Idiot introduce a bill mandating lower oil prices, or declare war on Iran to increase the supply? He's too much of a coward and LIAR to do such a thing.

Many cars share a chassis but are clearly unique cars (ie. Infinity G35 & Nissan 350Z). Suspension and other bits are tuned differently for the other car. It doesn't mean it is a kit car.

It says Hummer on the grill, so it's a Hummer.
