My brother-in-law bought a car on eBay. I guess that you can specify that buyers pick up if they purchase. eBay costs a certain amount to list and a certain amount after the sale depending on much you earned from the sale. Be careful if you use PayPal for large dollar amount purchases because there are additional fees over a certain dollar amount. ($500, I think...)

Also, I guess you could try Craig's List or Post-a-roo, which are free.

the best and least expensive way I know of to sell a car is to put a for sale sign in it and drive it...if people see it being driven then they will look harder at it then if it was sitting and placing an expensive add in the paper.
