first of all you immigrate not migrate, animals migrate. I am a Canadian, born canadian living in Montreal. It's hard to immigrate to a new country so I will let you know of a couple of things that can make it easier.
First - countries like canada who accept immigrants are always uneasy about letting in immigrants like yourself. They want to know what you are going to do when you get here. You have bachelor degrees you say, are they honoured here? Not to be biased but alot of phillipines here end up working in the suburbs cleaning homes irregardles of whether they have degees or not.
Do you have a criminal record? If you so, don't bother..stop now. What are your degrees? Can Canada benefit from them?
Although alot of immigrants end up working in the service industry, you can still end up using your degrees here because as you said, you are an entreppeneur and Canada loves them.

I reccommend going to www.canada.gc.ca and typing in Immigration in the search bar, it is helpful in getting you a visa, passport and following the procedure according to Immigration Canada.

Good Luck!!!

Canada wants people that can provide services that people in Canada can not supply or that there are not a lot of Canadian people in that field.

That is the KEY to getting into Canada.

SO, a great thing you could do is suggest to the people in Canada that you have experience in Translation between English and Phillippines language.

You need to research what jobs or fields are needed in Canada that you could provide to them. Know this information BEFORE you apply so you can list to proper items.

Contact a Lawyer in Canada that helps people and ask them some questions.
