This morning, as I was preparing to leave home, I found a dent in my street-parked car. There was a note on the car telling me the license number of an "old woman" who hit my car and then drove off. I reported the incident to the police, and later went back home. On a hunch, I thought I would drive up and down the street just to see if the offending license tag was around. Turns out, the car was parked on my street!!! I checked out the car to see if there was evidence of the collision, but by the looks of things, this person has a hobby of hitting parked cars (the passenger side is much more damaged than the rest of the car). I am not sure if I can prove that this is the person that hit my car, though. What should I do?

I know they must run rough, and they won't last as long. But without connecting rods and fewer parts, it runs more efficiently. Besides the mentioned problems, are there any other reasons?
