I want tow know what the tow capacity of the bumper hitch is and also the tow capacity of installing an under carriage hitch

Probably no more than 4 or 5 thousand lbs. You need to check your manual and see what your engine is capable of. You can install a under carriage hitch that will hold 12,000lbs or greater but you're drivetrain will never support that much weight.
