I have 9 points for speeding(keep getting done by new bloody cameras) and now i have been stopped with a dubiously bald tyre which will get me banned. Can anyone give me some advice on what to say in court so they will not ban me?

I unlocked the door of my son's '84 Dodge Ram truck, and now the key won't come out of the door lock. I tried spraying WD40 in there & working the key back & forth, but the key just won't come out. Any ideas?

I live in Pennsylvania, and im turning 18 next month. I printed out the drivers permit form and went to the doctors to get a physical and so he can sign the part of the form he needs to. So is there anything else i have to do? or can i just go into the DMV and take the test?

The bank reposessed 3 pieces of machinery and 5 automobiles and then sold them to me for $20,000 . I paid them 15,000 and left a balance of $ 5,000 to exchange for the vehicle titles when they aquired them. 3 months later they call me to say the original owner / trustee of a bankruptcy court wants them back. The Bank is pulling out of the deal and the trustee put a judgement against me for 25,000 in bankrupcy court. I owed the bank $5,000
( $1000.00 per motor vehicle ) since they were in need of extensive repair. I invested over $2000 in each vehicle to sell for about 4000.00 ea. and now the trustee wants them back or pay him 25,000 ( his estimated value of the vehicles ) because he said the bank had no right to reposess them . Do I have to give them back ? Will this judgement harm me if I don't respond quickly ? Should I ask for compensation for repairs that I did to them ? Is the bill of sale legal since I thought they were the owners ?

My husband lost his license 10 years ago in the state of Kansas. In order for him to get them here (NC) he has to have the people that was involved in the accident to sign an affadavit in order to show no property or persons were injured. The gentleman told us he would only do that if we gave him $250.00 for the deductible he paid to have his car fixed. That is alot of money for something that happened 10 years ago, for me to send to Kansas to some guy I do not know. To even begin to think if he would actually sign and have the affadavit notorized and sent to us. I just don't trust that. I am trying to see since it has been that long what I can do to help him obtain his license without going through this gentleman. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to get a 150cc touring scooter, and i was wondering if they were highway/freeway legal in Utah, and how much it costs to get them licenced, regestered, if there are any special driving test you have to take, ect..... I have a 2002 Toyota that I absolutely love. My husband wants me to consider selling it now so we can have some equity to get a new car with. I've only had it for 4 years, it's paid off, and I just love it. I'm afraid we'll just get in this endless cycle of only have a car for 3 years... I guess that's normal, right?

I just thought I would have it forever, since it is a Toyota and can last over 200,000 miles with good maintenance. I never considered trading it in. Besides, it has scratched windows and needs a new $1200 side panel, which we can't afford. He also mentioned he would be getting the new car, and giving me his. I'm not cool with that, and I told him. Anyway...

So regardless of the details I gave, what do you think about keeping a car that is paid off and works well? Keep it til it dies, or keep trading em in?
