I am going to get a 150cc touring scooter, and i was wondering if they were highway/freeway legal in Utah, and how much it costs to get them licenced, regestered, if there are any special driving test you have to take, ect..... Pretty much any info you have on them, (maintanance, needed accessories, ect..) Thanx!!!

Well ur going to need signals.. brake light, headlight, mirrors, and I don't know what else.... And I'm not 100% on this but there is a certain size in cc's that you have to have for legal road use... I wanna say somewhere around 250cc. That's all I know.

if they dont have plates and regestration , they cant be on the road in idaho
