I ask myself these kinds of questions everyday...but, me and boyfriend are planning to drive as a team and go work for Schneider because the training is paid for (CDL A) and it is not a loan that you take out and pay back to Schneider like other trucking companies that offer CDL A training (like Covenant does). You make the same money as a new driver who is trained elsewhere as one trained by Schneider.
I've talked to a couple who retired from trucking they said Schneider was good and that you are better off with the large trucking companies over the small ones. I also looked at Swift but something tells me Schneider might be better.

SCHNEIDER !! you wont make a damn thing driving for swift but like Mickey S. said if you have a choice dont do either 1
