My car was stolen by the bank this morning. Last month I received a letter stating account paid in full and a lien release. The bank now says that they "overlooked" $600 owed on the car. They now say I have 10 days to come up with the $600 plus repo fee in order to get my car back. Can they really take my car after releasing the lien? After I have paid over $9000 in payments in the last three years? Is this legal?

limits: it is not the drivers fault and drving is mostly done on a main highway with little side road driving.

Here in Chicago we have a lot of people who have Humvees. Why? They are expensive, huge, suck up a LOT of gas, are difficult to park and are extremely wide and stinky in bumper-to-bumper traffic.

I was going pretty fast....and I really need to get it droped down so it doesnt go against my insurance. What is the best thing to do? I was going 89mph in a 65mph zone. I also have a ticket for not changing my address. Is this really going to cost me?

I own an 1985 Honda Accord. I have put about $500 worth of repairs into it in the last two months and now the carburator quit working. My car doesn't go more than about 30 miles an hour. I was told it is quite expensive for someone to work on it due to the year and make.
I have a good job but very bad credit. I have been looking for an additional part time job to help with expenses since I have two teenage boys but I havent found anything for weekends only.
I am also too old to make money in any questionable ways, what should I do? I am desperate.

Am I supposed to turn it on if I'm in heavy traffic, to reduce exhaust fumes coming in my car? Does it make a difference energy-wise? What are the guidelines and recommendations?
