Well a speedin ticket you have to pay money but with a citaiton it's just a WARNING! lol well does that awnser your question??

Nothing. Two words for the same thing. Citation is just a fancy word for ticket.

a Citation can be for things other than speeding, such as reckless driving, DUI, etc.
