Not possible.
When you think about it, 'cable' is exactly that... a cable that is connected to your house.
If you had cable for a car, the car would either have to be stable (not go anywhere), or have a car with a ton of cable dragging behind it.
At somepoint, you would still have to rely on some kind of transmitter to get the signal to your car.

in the mid to late 90's some truckstops had a service called PARK-N-VIEW that supplied actual cable tv and phone service to your parked truck.now with NO IDLE LAWS in many cities a new service has emereged called IDLE-AIRE,which provides cable tv ,internet and phone service along with HVAC so drivers won't idle and pollute with fumes and noise.this is also hard wired and is for parked vehicles only

Uhh, cable implys that you are attached to a cable. Now satilite television can be exploited by all points and places. I'm sure that XM or Serius are working on this sort of thing, though I haven't heard of them releasing such a devise yet. Probably. Many of the newer semi-trucks (18 wheelers) are set up with satellite dish tv now.
