I have a 1989 Toyota Van Wagon and want to get a transmission flush, I have changed out about half the fluid in the transmission in the last 6,000 miles. It has 160,000 miles on it. If changing half the fluid on it hasn't hurt it, I don't see how changing all of it can.

Car is imported from Japan. I have found the oil pan and dipstick for the engine oil but cannot find anything for the trans. Some cars over here in England share the motor oil with the transmission and I was curious if this is the case

My wife and I are in the market for another car, we are trading in my Ranger. We have one 18 month old, and another on the way, and I can take Jackson in the truck in a pinch, but NO WAY can I take two kids in carseats. I like the size of the FJ, and have not found anything else that I like yet, am going to drive a Honda Element this afternoon. Any input would be helpful.

Hello guys, I'm planning to buy a new first car on late April. After some research I've narrowed it down to three economy cars: Mazda3, Civic or Matrix. Basically, I need a car that is under $20K, fuel efficient but strong engine that will last and relatively safe car. I initially chose the Matrix but it is essentially a Corolla engine with a different body. Can anyone make a suggetion? Thanks
I forgot to add, I live in Chicago, IL and I encounter city driving and drive mostly in the North.
