I have heard numerous times that in TX, you can no longer tell them the price you payed for the car or use a bill of sale to indicate the tax price. That they rather go by the blue book value to figure the taxes.

A guy had recently said that he was also told this, went in to the DMV with a bill of sale and was taxed for the BOS price.

Context:

- I am a Spanish citizen, living in Spain (European Union);
- I will incorporate a LLC company, in the state of Nevada;
- I will open a corporate bank account in Cyprus, on the name of my LLC company;
- I will have a web site that gets an income on advertisement, on the name of my LLC company, transferring the money directly to the corporate bank account in Cyprus.
- I know that I have to pay personal income tax in some country.

Where do I pay IRS? Spain? EUA? Cyprus?

Is there a better alternative to minimize the payment of personal income tax, 100% by the law?

I bought a mobile last year. The taxes weren't added to the mortgage payment. I received my tax bill in dec, but was unable to make the partial payment. Now I received a letter stating my taxes are delinquent & the county is sending it to the sheriff if not paid in full by April 15. I cannot come up with $600. by then & they refuse payments. Can I lose my house if I can't pay this by April? I'm planning on having the taxes added with the insurance on my mortgage, but that won't help me this year. Any help or suggestions would be great. This is my first home & I don't want to lose it.

I use a paypal accnt, and was wondering I am a minor [16] if someone sends me alot of money...like 2000 or 4000 or something in that area, do I have to show that on my taxes, that i dont even have b/c i am a minor? If i am just going to spend it, and not save it? Like straight to the mall? How does all of that work? And what if my source of this money, is just from a person not a business or anything, and from another country vs from the states?

'm a nail technician (manicurist) and I've been working for about 2 years. The problem I'm hearing from friends outside of the business is that I need a W2 form from my employer (which I'm not getting since day 1). My employer said I don't need one but my friends said I must get one to get my tax return (I also get no tax return for two years already, I make $10,000+ a year). Could you help explaining to me if I do need or not and about the tax return?
I have consulted with my tax agent and he told me that I would need a W2 from my employer. Any clarifications please? thanks!
