Small Business - July 2006

I know its very hard for outbound call centers to get a good process in which they get paid on time, most of them just get sucked by the clients in US. I got a very good mortgage lead generation process and was just wondering where can i find call centers who want to start my process. I can pay them on weekly basis and in couple of months i can start paying in advance so can you suggest me some call centers you think would be interested in starting this process. I want to start this with small companies like 10-20 seaters because as we know "slow and steady wins the race"

I own a small, corner convenience-store. At first, I had my 22-yo nephew (I was his legal guardian, so he was like a son) work the register & I'd pay him a weekly salary. After about 1 yr, to let him get on his feet, I let him run the whole thing. He would take in all the profit, pay all the bills and agreed to pay me $1500 monthly in rent. The store was making $800-$1200 in daily sales. After the 1st two months, he stopped paying me rent. Then he stopped paying the bills (now total almost $10,000. The bills are all still in my name so legally I am responsible. I suspect he is saving the money to buy liquor/cigs/drugs, etc. He has the only keys to the store. I want the keys back, but he refused. Should I call the police to get my keys back? Should I take my nephew to court to recoup the money? I have nothing in writing as this was a family matter.

I have my business license here in Las Vegas NV thru my Real Estate license, i would like to start a business selling wholesale products. where do i start. where do i find companies that will provide me with wholesale products where i can use my license to purchase? thanks.
