As the saying goes, "Practice makes perfect." So, speak English as often as you can. Read English books too. Make sure you have a dictionary (English & your native language) on hand in case you get across certain words that you don't understand. Doing these two would surely improve your English in no time at all. :)

Read more novels. But since you're getting into business, I don't think you have much time to read novels. Some ways I do to improve my English is to note the way people in TV speaks and note the language style written in books, magazines, etc. Maybe you would want to try this out.
