As the saying goes, "Practice makes perfect." So, speak English as often as you can. Read English books too. Make sure you have a dictionary (English & your native language) on hand in case you get across certain words that you don't understand. Doing these two would surely improve your English in no time at all. :)

Read more novels. But since you're getting into business, I don't think you have much time to read novels. Some ways I do to improve my English is to note the way people in TV speaks and note the language style written in books, magazines, etc. Maybe you would want to try this out.

Practice speaking it with an English speaker. Watch children's tv shows in English.

Take some classes, or immerse yourself into the english culture, so that you'll be forced to learn it faster. : )
