How do I go about opening a Swiss bank account without having to go to Switzerland and without paying some broker hundreds of pounds to do it for me?

A company i used to work for has paid over £1500 into my old bank account.

I found out because they sent a letter to my old address. To begin with i thought they had made a mistake as the account number matched neither of my current card account numbers, but then i checked an old one and phoned the bank.

I phoned the company back and told them i would send them a cheque but then when i told my friends they said i was silly and should keep it as they probably wouldn't take me to court as it would cost them way more to do that than what they have, by error, paid into my account.

What sould i do? How does all this court stuff work? Has this happened to anyone and what was the outcome?

In other words, if a cheque bounces or a stop order can not go through because of insufficient funds, is there a limit the banks can charge?

A message on my phone said "this is James at BPS please ring blah de blah for an important message". I wouldn't normally reply, but was disturbed. I called this number, held on, as I was told I was 7th in queue, then I was 1st, then cut off. This happened twice. I know its a scam but how can I report it?

We live the southside of Brisbane and she is finding it really hard to make ends meet. Does any one know where she can get some tempory financial assistance from? I just got a new job and want to know what is the better saving ways to roll over my previous employee 401K.
Which way is better between rolling over my previous employer 401K to new employee 401K Plan or personal IRA?
My new employer pay all the expenses on the 401K plan which is a great saving for me on maintainance expense compare to personal IRA which I will have to pay.
Please explain in detail why should I convert to my new employer 401K or Personal IRA as following.

1) Account Maintenance cost.
2) Withdrawn after retired at 60 years old.
3) What other cost compare with employer 401K and personal IRA

Because, if I want to pay with it in a third occasion the same day I can't, says "It's rejected"... But paypal doesn't say nothing about that in their website....

Somebody has happened that or similar?

I will have to work independently to make 50 dollars no car transportation and it has to be legal. with or without the computer i wont be able to collect 600 plastic bottles to recycle.but i will need to collect 50 dollars a day with out worring about working hard due to school.I dont have good teaching skills i am able to do some lifting without breaking my back.

Okay, I am 18 and wanted to go ahead and start a bank account, get a credit card and kind of pay it off so the bank will know I can be trusted. Then I wanted to get a $5,000 or $6,000 loan to buy a car. So my questions are

*How many years will I be paying off the loan?
