My husband has been in the hospital 5 times since February. We do not have medical Insurance because of many reasons. When he was in the hospital the only way the family could survive without his income was to put everything from groceries to CIPS on the credit cards because we had no income coming in. Now that he is back to good health and we are both working we still don't make enough to pay off all these bills. We tried filing for state aid to help with the medical but we were denied. The medical bills alone are over 40 thousand and the credit cards are probably around another 10 thousand. What should we do? If we file will we loose our house and car too? I would like to just erase the medical and credit card debt but keep some other small loans that we have. Is this possible?

I tried to check some information on dell.com but even though I had changed my email address, it wouldn't accept it. What do I do next?

You know how we use debit card and money is directly coming out of Checking account? Also we write personal checks, and the money is coming directly out of checking account.

I was wondering if I can do the same for the Money Market account. I was wondering if I can use another debit card and make the money come directly out of my money market account. I was also wondering if I can write different personal checks and make the money come directly out of Money Market Account.

Why would I want to do this? because Money Market gives us more interest rate, so I want to just have Money Market account and take care of all the above businesses. I don't want to have a checking account if I can do all those things (debit card, personal checks) with Money Market Account.
Thank you so much.

I already got the first three and i am due the 15k next aug. Now i want to go to one of those places so i can get my money now and the said that they can cut me a check for 39k right now. I want to take the money and run so i can pay off some bills and buy a house, but i dont know what i should do. It is 577, and I think one thing that has brought it down is my house note was 30 days late once, and my car note was 30 days late twice. I think the other problem is debt to income ratio, even though I really don't have a lot of debt, just a lot of bills.
Thanks

While my mother was married to Antonio, he was the beneficiary of her Openhiemer fund. They separated after he was released from Federal prison. He changed his name and reemerged. He died under this name, doctor who cared for him knows that he died under the alias. Won't give any information confidentiality. My mother believed that her children were going to get this money. Can anyone give me some help? Told you it was tough, but it's the truth. Have you ever had one of those days?? Well I'm having one of those lives. I didn't know where to put this.

There is a shortfall in the monthly payment but that is the minimum amount I can afford at the moment but the banks insist more payment or legal actions taken against me. How do I negotiate with them before I approach the debt consolidation consultants?

I only owe $16,000 in college loans, would it be a good idea to consolidate them, or should I just pay out right. Also how do I know I'm not being scammed by one of the finical companies offering their services.

(actual check) attached with a letter that says i won a sweepstakes last year...the letter also says to send them $3,200 back for the "taxes" payable to their office in Canada via western union, then they would send me the remainder of the $750,000..should i cash and keep the five grand, or keep the $1,800 and risk not getting anymore? help!
