I am going to read between the lines here - please forgive me if I make assumptions that are not true.

Generally, people who are concerned about banks with Chexsystems have had problems at banks in the past, and are having a hard time getting a bank account.

I don't know about Indiana, but check with a local credit union. We have several here what will give ANYONE an account - well anyone who lives/works in a certain area, have a photo ID and $5. You may not get a checking account, but they will give anyone a savings account.

Credit Unions generally tend to be more relaxed on rules than banks - easier to get loans, pay more interest on savings accounts, etc. Ours even offer "payday loans" at a reasonable rate to give folks an alternative to the legalized loan sharks.
