My husband has total control over all of our money. He spends all he wants which is plenty, thats great he earned it, he deserves whatever he wants . But he makes me ask or even beg for things i need, such as a new vehicle etc. I can spend what I want for small things food..clothes.hobbies etc. But it is only a fraction of what he spends on himself and his friends and family. In his eyes i own nothing , he buys me something and when i am done with it , if it is of any value dollar wise it must be returned to him. He forced me physicaly {not legaly} out of the bussiness we founded. I thought we had been doing all of the work ..blood sweat and tears..{and my life savings} for US. Well as soon as we became a winning team making plenty of money, he dumps me. When I sugested divorce, he became furious and threatened to in his words "leave me pennyless pushing a shopping cart", because he will claim bankruptcy , and in six monthes time he will have our biz all to himself making just as much.

Does anyone know if there are any accounting principles that states that company revenue is driven by production/factory out-put and not sales?

With a brief explanation.

Do we dictated road locations, times of access, what amount of density of wells, ie: what limitations do we ask for in their usage. What is the standard royalties payment, or is it what the property owns mandate, within reason. How are you assured of getting far market value for your gas releases? Who pays for the compression of the gas on site, and how is volume measured so we are fairly paid? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated, so we can make an educated decision.
