I received a letter in the mail from, A Plus Mailing Service Inc. What happens is, they send you letters and evelopes and you mail them out. For each letter they recieve back, they pay you $10. The thing is, you have to pay a start up fee of $55. I was just wondering, if anyone else has heard of these types of companies and if they are legitimate.

I need at least 3 factors a person should consider before selling their business to someone who has made an offer to buy the business...the business is not doing too well but isn't failing...the owner has the option of keeping the business or selling it...anyone have any ideas?

I want to buy a service station with Mart/Gas/Wash and Mechanic area. How much should I be expetected to buy? How much a year will I earn? It the business labor intensive meaning I am there the whole time 24/7? The owner claims earnings of 150k per year. Do gas stations owners work like slaves? Is employee turnover a problem? I cannot contact the customer by phone so I am sending a letter, is there anything (legally I guess) that I need the letter to say other than come in and pay what they owe and how much the return fee is? Also- does the customer have a certain amount of time before I can hand it over to the police for collection or how does that work???

because now you can get your money back, and its true....request 6 yrs backdated list of all the charges on ur account may sost u 10 quid, keep it under 5 grand, then get the bank to justify charging you 30 quid to send out a letter....they cannot do this as it only costs about 4 or 5 quid..and therfore is not lawful....and usually this takes a few letters to and fro, but once u send them intent to go to small claims, they will back down and give u back the money,.....no bank wants theyre business laundry and practices aired in public.....!!!!!
