because now you can get your money back, and its true....request 6 yrs backdated list of all the charges on ur account may sost u 10 quid, keep it under 5 grand, then get the bank to justify charging you 30 quid to send out a letter....they cannot do this as it only costs about 4 or 5 quid..and therfore is not lawful....and usually this takes a few letters to and fro, but once u send them intent to go to small claims, they will back down and give u back the money,.....no bank wants theyre business laundry and practices aired in public.....!!!!!
