I have recently left my job and they are requiring me to rollover my 401K into another account, does nayone have any recommendations as to a good account type to roll this into with no annual fees? The company that I left have an annual fee on all the options that they presented to me when I left.

I heard the market is experiencing one of the worst dowfalls in years. That homeowners are not able to afford their houses anymore.
I know that happened because lenders gave out money to less than qualified borrowers.

But how is that somebody buys a house today and agrees to pay X amount of money and now can't afford it? Isn't it a fixed interest rate?

And also how is that this can affect the whole market or the US economy ?

Could anyone tell me how I can do so? For example, any accounts I need to open, and documents I need to fill in.
Also, I would like to know about any capital tax and dividend tax I need to pay.

For those looking to make money on the ongoing panic in the financial services area, what is the best vehicle (ETF, mutual fund, equity, or bond) to play a rebound in this sector on the long side? Your ideas, please. I'm not interested in short ideas, just longs. Thanks....

Hi,
I got $1,000 in my bank account, and I wish to make an investment on it. I've never done any before; I am only 17 so when I ask things at the bank like this question, they think I am joking. I am hella serious. I wish to learn investing.
I prefer the investment to be just a little bit risky rather than straight stable. MF or stocks or any kind for $1,000.
Also, it would help a lot how I can get the investment.
Thanks!
