I administer benefits for a small business -- we're looking to add Roth 401ks to our benefit offering -- where can I find a reputable, and hopefully low cost and online administrator of these plans? We're looking for something like what www.paycycle.com does for payroll. We've seen lots of regular 401k sites, but anyone know of a company that does Roth 401ks?

Everyone talks about their 401k. I have a 403B and it sounds like they are the same thing. Are they?

allow you to contribute 5,000 dollars a year. I'm new at this, but it seems to me that you can buy a 500,000 dollar house with it and make money within the IRA tax free. Isn't that like a half a million dollar contribution, which is way over the 5,000 dollar a year maximum? Maybe I'm having a really big misunderstanding, it seems that self directed IRA's allow you to invest more per year.

And how is it possible that some options close at extremely low or negative implied volatilities? (This question doesn't really belong to the "investing" category...)

I am interested in investing in a Roth IRA and need one that allows a small investment and won't nickel and dime me out of my money. I found one on Fidelity that only requires a 200 deposit but they require a 200 monthly investment which is double what I have monthly.

Recently Fidelity Low Price Stock paid dividends. The price dropped dramatically per share effectively giving me the same total $ amount as I had before the dividends. Why do they pay dividends and have the price drop at the same time?
