With major research you could probably answer your question, but if you are interested in what to invest over the next 25 years, it will be totally different from the previous 25 years.
Most investment gurus advise to diversify into all of these areas. Over the next 10 years, as worldwide economic growth continues and inflation heats up, real estate and metals will likely enjoy superior returns to either stocks or bonds.
