The Health Insurance company tells me to fill out a coordination of benefits form that they mail to me on every claim. But I never get them and they have my correct address. They say go online and fill this form out. I do that and they still never pay my claims. I call them several times and each time they state they will issue a check to cover the medical procedures that have been billed. But they never pay. I feel they are giving me the run around. What options do I have to get them to pay. I know other are having this same problem. Could a class action law suit be filled against this company for not paying their claims.

the followings criteria must be met (due to my school's policy):

1. Medical and mental treatment in the NYC area that covers at least $100,000 (total) per sickness or accident;
2. Coverage for pre-existing conditions;
3. Medical evacuation and repatriation of at least $15000;
4. Repatriation of remains of at least $7500; and
5. A deductible not to exceed $500 per year.

(I don't know what half of these words mean, haha)

Anyone? I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a good suggestion.
hopefully, I'd like to get an insurance under $1000 per academic year.

thanks for comments!

More employees should inquire about this cost effective option for paycheck replacement. It has saved peoples financial future. My mother-in-law had it, and when she suddenly became disabled, it saved her house! None of her children knew she had this, but because she did, we all went and requested it from our own employers! Why don't more people know about this option?

Auto insurance is a hit or miss conception with police enforcement doing the insurance company's work for them. Too many drivers have no insurance leaving responsible drivers to pick up their tab. Why don't we tack on 10 or twenty cents per gallon at the gasoline pump to go for insurance. If you don't buy gas for your car, you're not going to be able to drive.That way, if you drive, you automatically have insurance. This frees up police to do real cop work, cuts down on the cost and makes sure everyone who drives has insurance. Whadya think?

I failed the Life, Accident, Health, my first time taking it, by one percent. Does my future employer think differently of me (i.e. doubting if they should have hired me at all)? I am retaking it in a few days and I am praying that I pass it this time around.

All American was taken over by General United Life Insurance Company 5/14/1981. I would like to cash this policy in. The expiration date on the policy is 12/1/2012. I have contacted American General Life Insurance Company who referred me to
American General Life and Accident of Nashville, Tenn. (1-800-323-2103) When I called there I could not get an answer as a foreign language is used. I called (1-773-399-6500) I was given a new number by the operator (1-414-286-1500) Again I could not understand the person at the other end. Please help me in locating the company to contact on All American Insurance, Park Ridge, IL. Policy #4-L-10, dated Dec. 1, 1958, expiration date 12/1/2012 I would like to make a change in the beneficiary or cash it in. I E-mailed the Illinois Department of Insurance and they referred me back to American General Insurance Company, Houston. I'm right back where I started. Hope you can help me.

I want it now. The benefits far outweigh the costs with 50% without healthcare insurance, and how many without Prescription coverage? Want the case FOR, and if you can debate the cons, even better. And if you have a plan, would it replace medicare and medicaid

Also, if you have a plan, would there be a choice for those whom can afford it?
