On my insurance application, it asks for my GBS Account number. Do you know what a GBS Account Number is?

What country are you from??? I never heard of such thing in America.

Only account numbers or some sort of numbers I put on my insurance application are:
1) Bank account number (to do automated monthly draft)
2) My driver's license.
3) Social Security Number
and that's about it.

There should be a customer service number on the application if you need help.
