I'm trying to buy supplemental homeowners insurance for my townhouse. My homeowners association has a blanket policy that cover the structure, however nothing inside the house is covered. Their deductible is $10,000. What other insurance coverage do I need and approximately how much personal property coverage would I need for a 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse?

Does any one but me think its bull that one can be refused auto insurance or pay a higher premium because their credit score may be lower than some other guys. Why on earth are we letting car insurance companies get buy with this? Even auto insurance companies having access to our creit history makes no sence and is a further invasion of our privacy. This practice should be outlawed.
Again what does credit score and auto insurance have to do with each other?

Okay confusing situation, my sister and I got into an accident yesterday, the car is on her insurance, (she has full coverage). It wasn't until today that my neck started bothering me. So I am going to the doctor. I called her insurance company, they knew I was a passenger and they said that I needed to go to my insurance company because the PIP on my insurance would cover me in the accident (we are in Florida) I explained the problem with that is that I was actually in the car on the way to register my new car I just got yesterday and on my way to get insurance, and prior to that I did not have insurance. That my last car I just sold a week ago and it was still in my name but I dropped insurance because I was just waiting to receive a duplicate title in the mail so that I could sign it to the new buyer since I lost the original, but now she is telling me she doesn't know if my sisters insurance will cover me even though I was in the car, how does this work in the state of Florida?

My company offers AFLAC as an "employee paid" benefit. I find their package confusing and hard to figure out. My first reaction is that they are very expensive for the limited coverages offered. Does anyone have an experience or opinion?

My car was broken into at my parents house. The stereo was stolen out of the car along with personal items (Clothes & such). I filed a claim with my car insurance and they are paying for the damage to car. However, the stereo and personal effects they stated are normally covered by home owners insurance. Is this normally the case? Has anyone ever claimed anything like that on home owners insurance?
Thanks

They will cover my husband for the 90 days until he is eligible for coverage through his new employer. His plan is from out of state and does not have many doctors and dentists in network as my plan. Also, my plan offers a dental and vision with doctors we already use. Can they really deny him coverage?
