Respected Sir

As in the Unit Linked Products ,there is a query relating to withdrawl.

If a cusomer does not pay the minimum compulsory premium, then the policy will be lapsed. But can he withdraw the NAV after the lockin period since this is his own money?

I always wonder how do 46 million people leave in this country without health insurence. I know if you go to hospital they will treat you without insurence but don't you have to pay later on? what happens if you can not pay? do you have to declare bankruptcy? Thanks.

I have read a PA-State approved (Ins. Agents & Brokers) text on the subject but need additional help in mastering the material before taking the exam. A (3 or 4) day intense course focusing on the specifics of the material in preparation for the test would be ideal. A (live) classroom course would be best but an on-line course is ok if no live course is available. .......THANKS

I have recently been a victim of crime. I had my car keys stolen from my house whilst I was asleep, my car has since been recovered but has been written off. Even though I only owned the car for 1 month I'm not likely to receive enough back to replace the vehicle and also I've lost 2 years no claims bonus so my next insurance policy will be much greater. Is this the right way to treat victims of crime and by acting like this are the insurance companies actively encouraging crime to boost their profits?

I just found out today that I am pregnant. Also today I found out that I got a new job that I had applied for. I currently work at Wal-Mart and was planning on staying there part time. I have ok insurance through my current job, but the job I will be starting has better coverage. I was planning on swiching insurances when I start the new job but will the pregnancy be considered pre-exesting? I could keep the insurance through wal-mart, but being pregnant I don't know how long I'll be able to hold down 2 jobs. Any suggestions?? Serious answers only please.

I am clarifying that I am looking for samples of "civil complaints" re aforementioned. Fidelity National Insurance sent adjuster after flood. Adjuster made initial offer WITH understanding that more settlement monies$ available if more damage found. Additional damage (significant) has now been uncovered. Now Fidelity renegs on its promise. My acceptance of first part of settlement did not waive my right to additional funds. There is underlying damage as was discussed with adjuster at time of first inspection. Additional work had to be done to see and assess that damage. Not looking for LEGAL advice. Just need site(s) where I can look for sample complaints re non-payment of flood insurance. (I have searched Fidelity National...they are also a title insurance company). If no sites available for Fidelity, would appreciate ANY insurance complaints re other complaints for non-payment of flood insurance claims.

i am told it is a cigna plan...i have a $20 copay, all routine visits and followups are 100% covered...the deductible is $1000 but my understanding is that is only for non routine appts and procedures...the vision is a "plan" it covers $35 or exan and $250 for glasses contacts ect every other year...they said i pay out of pocket then will be reimbursed.
dental has 100% coverage for routine and 80% for more complicated things and 50% for dentures...
i am excited that i can afford it...
i guess i didnt really ask a question yet...sorry...i will do better next time

Me and my fiance were involved in an auto accident where the other driver was completely at fault. This accident happened over 2 1/2 years ago. I was pregnant at the time and my fiance had to have surgery and 6 months of therapy to rebuild his shoulder. We lost all of our income for 7 months. His medical bills and lost wages exceeded 100 thousand $. Now we are trying to settle and the insurance company offered to pay the medical bills, lost wages plus 5,000 dollars "pain and suffering" We are not trying to be greedy here but it seems like nothing compared to what was messed up by the accident. Our lawyer seems so non chalant about it. My fiance asked about the 3x the medical bills for pain and suffering and our lawyer told him it was a myth and not to expect more than what the ins. com. offered the 1st time. Does this seem fair...I'm seriously considering getting a 2nd opinion from a different lawyer...anybody been through the same kind of thing...what was the end result? Thanks!
