No,
it is not possible to pay an LIC premium throught credit card (CC). To swap a CC the agent should have a CC swapping machine which is not possible. This is the only problem due to which LIC company cannot accept the premium payment via credit cards.

If LIC is Leader Insurance Company, than yes, but Mastercard or Visa only.

Best way to pay the Insurance premium is to issue a standing instruction to the bank to pay premium. Thereby you guarantee payment. Credit card payment for these sort of payments is messy.

I don't know what LIC is. I do know jay Z is wrong. Any place that can accept debit cards can accept credit cards.
