When an employee is carrying out their duties and in doing so enters the company (supplier) into a contract with a customer to provide a product, and that employee is aged 17. Is the employee classed as a minor so the contract doesn't stand? Or is the employee merely classed as working for the company and in doing so has entered the company into a valid contract?

My family owns a 1000 acre farm that is a c Corporation. I am a shareholder in the corporation, albeit a small holder. My fiance and I would like to build a home on some of the property, about 2 acres. Does the property being held in a c Corporation make it impossible to build? Or is this something decided in individual states? If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. I don't even know who to talk to. A lawyer? An accountant?

Thanks.

We have 2 trailers designated for our skids, one on each side of the building, one is for bad skids and one is for good skids. Problem is people cant seem to keep the two seperated. So it is time for a new plan of action. What should I do to help keep from having piles and piles of skids lined up in front of the dock doors. It is absolutely horrid because they are all leaning and falling over, and we cant seem to pinpoint who is doing it. So we need a new plan all together... please help!!
