We have 2 trailers designated for our skids, one on each side of the building, one is for bad skids and one is for good skids. Problem is people cant seem to keep the two seperated. So it is time for a new plan of action. What should I do to help keep from having piles and piles of skids lined up in front of the dock doors. It is absolutely horrid because they are all leaning and falling over, and we cant seem to pinpoint who is doing it. So we need a new plan all together... please help!!

Color coding, you mentioned they the trailers are on opposite sides of the building designate one side blue, and one red, mark the trailers or better yet the concrete in front of them, best add a sign just for those that do not pay attention, then have someone put a color mark on the skid
