I was wondering if that is a good job? Does the floater earn more money?

I believe they move from shift to shift and possibly task to task as needed. Could be better money. Ask your potential employer.

A floater position is that you do not have an assigned job, you go to where you are needed. Whether it is a good job depends on what you like, do you like to know what you are going to do everyday ahead of time? Do you like doing the same thing everyday? Or are you the type that likes constant change? Most times the floater does not make more
