We can handle all your customers Nigeria bound cargo consignments by delivering on door to door for small fee thereby reducing costs for your customer’s in clearing their cargo. This delivery arrangement is strictly on door to door basis at the customer’s destination point or home in case of personal effects. The profit sharing formula is 60/40 because we are going to source the funds for the delivery door to door. Kindly advise as of shipments and tonnage or how many containers or group age in an advance manifest so we can work out the profit sharing formula be it air or sea freight, wet or dry shipment. I work a lot of hours at a company and they only pay the base pay. I am actually working almost double that but still only getting base pay. Just wondering if there is a labor law that says something along the lines that if a salaried worker works over 50 hours (as an example) that they company is required to pay overtime pay to the employee?

My name is Peter A Hunter.
I am the author of the book "Breaking the Mould".
I am writing a new Management book but I need help.

A large proportion of problems in industry are caused by management.

We believe that if management could see their destructive effect on their people and on their process’s then we are sure they would think twice about what they do.

We are trying to put together a collection of stories of the worst types of management behaviour and its destructive effects.

By publishing this collection we hope to allow management to see their own behaviour in the mirror and therefore learn from the reflection.

I've been working at Hollister for about 2 months now, and I initially really wanted to work at Abercrombie&Fitch, but I wasn't 18 yet. Now that I'm 18, I want to work at Abercrombie&Fitch, too, since I don't get enough hours at Hollister anyways. But since they're owned by the same company, is it possible to work both jobs since they may already see me in the database as working for Hollister already?
