Are there any (chain)jewelers that will appraise/buy my loose gems?

i just bought 100carats of faceted gems. I need to id them and sell them for profit. and i dont mean chain like linked chains i mean chain like chain restraunts

Yes, but your best bet would be to use self-owned ones. The chain's parent company usually won't individual stores do this.
