Small claims court is the great equalizer. An individual is the same as a big company. What a great institution!

I would be optimistic. Many big companies do not want to be bothered with small claims court, so if you have a solid case, they may call you and settle before the case goes to court.

If you have a good case, go for it! You may be surprised in the result.

When you go to small claims court you usually can't have a lawyer with you. You present your own case to the court. The fee to file a small claims court is about $25 & if you win the case you get that fee back

Read the back of the ticket - that's a contract,

If you still feel that they should have paid you, it doesn't cost much to file in small claims court.
