What is your opinion of Kohl's Department stores, specifically their merchandise, their employees, and their store cleanliness?

For example can I put in a computer with high speed internet and give
everybody seperate voip accounts or skype with bluetooths. Ineed something that is cost effective and reliable. I need to be able to talk to anyone anytime and also from outside US sometimes when i go out on meetings? I know i sound a little confused but I still am not able to find a very good solution. I wonder, how can we answer questions with really little knowledge except for our own experience and maybe education without taking full responsibility for the outcome of our answers. Most banks don't seem to have the problems they had ten or fifteen years ago.

During the reign of Pres. Bush 41, there was a government agency known as the Resolution Trust Corporation that was engaged in assisting banks with problems like over-extened loans.

Today, we don't hear about that anymore, and banks keep chugging along, many prospering.

Just what caused this turn-around?

Walmart always seems to be the "evil" company. I happen to think that it is a great company. I don't think that people realize how much it helps the surrounding communities. I was just wondering what other people thought.
