I wonder, how can we answer questions with really little knowledge except for our own experience and maybe education without taking full responsibility for the outcome of our answers. There are people out there who want to lose 60 pounds and are 125 pounds, others who are contemplating a kind of rape or people who are just very lost. How do we answer to them when they choose an answer that may cost them their future or

Just answer them. Simple as that. The more you overthink them, the worse off you will be.

I don't think we can honestly say we can. But the answerer may be confident enough in their opinion enough to leave it. Some are just plain stupid by their answers, but others may be actual help. It ultimately depends on the person asking the question. If they are willing to accept answers from total strangers over the internet to answer their life questions, some very personal and some not, that is thier issue. When it comes to finding the best answer that is up to thir judgement. Answers that are clearly not in their best interest should be ignored.

As for criminals...I don't know what to say about them. I've never seen a question that could lead to a rape. Anyway if they were really gonna do it they wouldn't wait on Yahoo Answers. See, these people are too relaint. Its all up to them, not us.

If a person makes a foolish choice of action, it isn't because of anything he or she would have heard (or read) here. The thought already would have been in their head.
A person needs to be accountable for his or her own actions, and not take too seriously the advice(?) on the internet.
