I have worked for a company for 2yrs in another office but have transfered and I now work with another employee who also has been with company for two years but in a offce(that Im helping clean house) that is failing and I cant get her to understand things are not productive.She's older and set in her ways and is not helping the office out at all but manager likes her what to do??

And likewise, where do I check to make sure I am not duplicating something another provider has already created / protected?

Also, is there a way to copyright / patent (notsure what the right term is), but protect your idea if it consists of a novel way to offer classes and then the actual course content / curriculum?

not knowing their new salary. Is this right? The company has not told them. Is there something that will tell the company that prior to the employees signing documents stating if they plan to stay or go, the company should disclose the new wage if an employee opt to stay?

Also known as American Freight Furniture Company. I was ripped off. I purchased a mattress and box springs a couple weeks ago. The box springs is a cardboard box with a mattress cover on it put together with particle board which had no springs at all in it. The day the bedroom suite was to be delivered was told it was not on the transfer truck because it was sold at another location. So, I went and got my money refunded to my debit card. The $120 that I paid cash for the layaway is suppose to come in 3 -4 more weeks. You can go to http://www.ripoffreport.com and type in the company's name (both names are listed) to hear more about this company.
Would like to hear other stories and how to go about closing them down for stealing from people.
