Also known as American Freight Furniture Company. I was ripped off. I purchased a mattress and box springs a couple weeks ago. The box springs is a cardboard box with a mattress cover on it put together with particle board which had no springs at all in it. The day the bedroom suite was to be delivered was told it was not on the transfer truck because it was sold at another location. So, I went and got my money refunded to my debit card. The $120 that I paid cash for the layaway is suppose to come in 3 -4 more weeks. You can go to http://www.ripoffreport.com and type in the company's name (both names are listed) to hear more about this company.
Would like to hear other stories and how to go about closing them down for stealing from people.

You can always start with the Attorney General's office in Ohio... many of them now have online consumer fraud assistance.

Man, that bites. I'm sorry to hear that you got burned. Thank you for putting out the word. Maybe you can help someone else avoid the same fate.

I wouldn't help close a place down unless they had done something to me personally. I've never been ripped off by them.
