Machines work everyday putting out the same quality of product. Humans can vary everyday with there mood and they could have 3 different shifts come in doing different quality too.
Plus when holidays come the humans are off work when the machines are sometimes still running with a skeleton crew operating them.
Humans are also more expensive because of wages and benefits and lawsuits when things dont go well for them.
