What can Kodak do to turn itself around?

What sort of services / products would you like to see from Kodak that would make you a customer or continue to be a customer?

Anything that can be done on the net. Maybe one's digital photos could be send to Kodak via the net and then the prints to be returned by mail. Options could be scrapbook templates, where people could choose the photos and the templates and Kodak prepare the scrapbook.

Start making black-and-white paper again. Commit to film.
