Ok so i wanna start a clothes store (its a franchise. I already got approved) what is the process I have to go through? Do i have to buy ALL of their clothes, and then sell them? How does this stuff work??

I'm looking for a list of corporate governance provisions that a specific company employs. I've looked on the company's website but could not obtain detailed information. I also couldn't find the desired information in the 10-k reports. I'd be most interested in anti-takeover provisions. Thanks

I was co-founder of a company, and came up with a product idea. Using company resources, I completely developed all aspects of the product - the name, form factor, content, etc. The patent is filed in my name, the trademark is in my name, and the domain name is registered to me. So if the company spent money but I did the work and everything's in my name, who "owns" the ability to exploit the product? (There is no particular trade dress.) Thanks.

Seems to me we are setting our American way of life up to be really knocked down by empowering these goliath corps to completely drive the competition out of business and to buy up other sectors as AT&T is presently doing (ie. Dish Network, Cingular, etc). After there is no real competition left, let's see what the real costs of those low prices Walmart's loves to tout. I've yet to see compassion in the Corporate American structure of business, where a "gross-profit" is just that... GROSS!! They just can't make enough money it seems.

blah-blah-blah I'm so sick and tired of hearing crap about Wal-Mart. If Walmart is so bad then " STOP SHOPPING THERE"!!!!
If you are so much better than the Walmart employees, then get a job at Walmart and Change it. Remember Sam started with just 1 store. ps If there was a K-mart or Target in my town I would shop there, but theres not and I dont work for Walmart either.

He tells me that he does his best to follow the vision of Mr Sam. Also he told me that no matter how hard he tries to fit in people just do want they want giving the impression that he is nothing and is taken for granted and some of his coworkers feel the same. Does the "Buck stop here" with Samuel Robson Walton or his fall men as every organization has. I wonder how Mr Sam would had handled the way his company NOW buys the majority from Communist China ESXPECIALLY since he was an ARDENT ANTI-COMMUNIST man. Would he approve of how his policies of Respect for the Associate have been supplanted by bottom line only and streamlined guidelines for quicker terminations. People NOW can get fired some some of the most trivial matters and California is such a state where it is LEGAL to do so. Since I live with his family my letter would could considered biased. I am wondering how I can help him legally without getting him fired. I will pray for everyone, so PLEASE join me if you pray!

I know I have the perfect commercial for a certain company but I have found it very difficult to present it to them. I don't want to just send it in because chances are someone else might steal the idea. I have enough confidence in my idea to fly across the country at my own expense as long as I know someone there would hear my idea.
