I AM A BRAND NEW R.E. Agent. I want to know if I could incorporate my Liscense in order to hire a personal assistant. I have to pay them some how. so my question is. How am I supposed to pay them. W-2 at the end of the year or 1099 their income. Which is better??? Any Advice is helpful.

Check with your local county business clerk.
Most times a individual needs a business license or permit for something critical or a large amount of money to be spent, say 5 months salary.
Some definitions of Company: more than ONE person doing the work sometimes one private owner...
Incorporation: More than ONE company owner, all need to be listed in county offices even with shares.
